TAWCS, Inc. provides web services for the mobile application including Countdowns (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect usage data to understand how the app is used. In using the App, we ask you to provide information, including personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.
We collect usage data that the App sends whenever launched, as well as periodically during use.
Usage Data includes information such as the version of the App; device type; operating system version and locale settings; session identifiers; push notification identifiers; Internet Protocol address (i.e. IP address); views used in the App, and the time spent on those views; and other diagnostic data. Usage data is not expected to be personally identifiable, but may become so if combined with other sources of information.
Countdown Data is the information saved and managed by the app to present the time remaining until, or time from, events of interest. Countdown data includes the names and times of events; the time countdowns were created and modified; music/sounds selected to play. Countdown data is not collected by TAWCS, Inc., though it may be transmitted and synchronized for users logged into iCloud. Information collected from the use of the App is transmitted using securely using HTTPS when possible.
If you are located outside United States and use the App, please note that Usage Data and Personal Data will be transferred to the United States and processed there.
In the event that ownership of the App is transferred to another party, your Usage Data may be transferred to that entity. Any collected Personal Data will be deleted.

TAWCS, Inc. strives to secure collected Usage Data and Personal Data by use commercially acceptable means and limited access that data.
TAWCS, Inc. may employ third-party companies or individuals ("Service Providers") to provide web services for the App and to assist us in analyzing how the App is used.
Service Providers have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
The App may link to other apps, services, and websites not operated by TAWCS, Inc. For example, you may input data into the App with Siri.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party apps or websites.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
